I just finished phase 1 of tri phase (Twinpeak's tri phase from avantlabs). Things going good so far. The last 54 sets workout was a total bitch.
I definitely need to work on delts,pecs and thighs. chest sucks big time.
EDIT: I am 28, 6'2" and 207 now.
