All i do for triceps are weighted dips (keeping elbows in) and Smith machine close grip bench press (no free barbell)
I do 4 sets of each
Also other days i do DB shoulder & chest work, which i can feel in my triceps afterwards
Is this enough to grow big triceps??? They are really lagging
Should be fine mate. I only do 2 exercises for tris for a total of 9 sets. I would prefere BB CG press, but I don't really mind the smith for these.

yep you can. that is good exercise choice to get big and strong triceps
my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.
9 sets of solid tricep movements is all good....if your triceps are lagging you might want to try a bit more to catch them up....also try individual db exersies for em to really isolate your problem areas
