Okay my question is How does fat leave the body,i've thought of many ways but i doubt any of them are true.Is there more than one way? And if you were to be on a strict diet of eating only salad/fresh peppers/and cucumbers,with water of course.How much weight/body fat will be lost a week,on average? Is fatloss rapid for people with different body fat percentages.Like if i have 34% bodyfat (which indeed i dont) am i liable to lose fat quicker than somebody with 25%? While staying on a strict diet. Thanks in advance!
