hey i was jus wondering wat would be some of the best/quickiest exercises to see increase in V shape back. keep in mind i only have barbell/bench at home. plz define the exercizses and define how to do them. thanks !
you can try bent over rear flys. You basically bend over and hold dumbells in each hand. Then just extend your arms back to work your rear delts and back. also you can do dumbell pullovers which really work the back. lay on the bench on your back and reach your arm back. If your using your right arm, make sure your right leg is parallel with your back. Then just pullover 180 degrees and return. If these dont really make sense then just visit
Barbell rows in your case. Lots of them.
For a v-shape u need to work your lats, so barbell pullovers(dumbell works the chest). Do pullups/chins if u can.
Weighted pullups, buy a 1.5" DIA PIPE drill holes in door frame to accomodate.
