    What is the name of the excercise where..

    You have a wide bar ("barbell cable attatchment") above you and you pull it down (in front, or maybe behind you?)

    I can't find it on ExRx

    I have a lot of trouble knowing what is what when people mention they do certian exercises. Is there a exercise name for dumbies so I can know what people are talking about? I see peoples journals or it being mentioned and I want to try it but never know what is is to i am left clueless. I am talking about the popular ones that get mentioned on the forum on a regular basis.

    One that tripped me up for a while is... french press = skull crushers = lying triceps extension.

    Also, is BB row = bent over row?

    And low row = seated row?

    Ok but what is a lying tricep extension? I thought those 2 were different exercises lol.
