Pre-Bed Meal question... (eggs?)
Since I can't stand cottage cheese, do you see any issues with 6 egg whites and one full egg about 30 minutes - 1 hour prior to going to bed?
I normaly get really hungry around that time, so it would server a dual purpose...
Sounds fine to me. Maybe an extra yolk or two, or some other type of fat as well (maybe cook the eggs in some olive oil).
Any other opinions?
Just curious, are you doing this to bulk? Or just cause you get hungry at bedtime?
