Stated im having a clean bulking diet , would this be a good post workout shake ?
Would it made any differnce if i was cycling or not ? These are easy cals with more carbs then proteins and not much fat.
Or would it get me to stock fat , even when im very clean in my diet (no fast food and only one cheat meal every week , no binging) and some mild cardio maybe 20 minutes after each practice.
Im considiring to get me one of that if it wouldnt harm me.

Im hasitating a bit because of the many carbs in it , but post workout shake can have alot of carbs no ?
