Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

If you're gonna do it that way, I would add either conventional or stiff-legged deads after squats on Monday. Just rest like 5 mins or so before you even go near them.

On Monday after the squats you could do 2 sets of calf raises and some kind of abdominal work.

    20 reppers are killers...

I follow them with 1 set of leg press, leg extensions and leg curls.. Then 2 sets of calvae raises..

I think the upper pec is the coolest muscle, I have a separate day for it.

Centaurion, I agree with the others that including legs is a good idea. The 20 rep squats are a good start, but maybe throw in lunges or leg curls and a calf exercise for good measure.

Doc had a good suggestion with alternating flat bench and incline bench...that way you get the variety without overdoing it.

Pullups and rows will also use your biceps, then you could finish them off with one last bicep-specific exercise, esp since it sounds like you enjoy bicep training

    Good luck!

okey here's my Training plan III

    Monday - LEGS
    Parallell squats 1set of 20reps
Leg press 1 set of 8-10reps
Leg extensions 1 set of 8-10reps
Leg curls 1 set of 8-10reps
Calf raises 1 set of 8-10reps

Tuesday - REST <---- I really need this rest day after THAT leg day...

    Wednesday - TRICEPS and CHEST
Bench 4 sets of 5-6 reps
Dips 3 sets as many as I can

    Thursday - CARDIO
Cycling/ jogging (depends on the weather) for 1 hour + or -

    Friday - REST

    Saturday - BACK and BICEPS
    - Back
Pull ups 3 sets as many reps as I can
Chins 3 sets as many as I can
Rowing 4 sets of 8-10 reps
    - Bicep
Preacher Curl w-Z bar 3 sets of 6-8 reps

    Sunday - CARDIO
    Cycling for 1 hour + or -

I haven't added deadlifts to my program because I think that I'm to young to do deadlifts. I'd rather wait a couple of years before doing a exercise which can be harmful to my back, if done incorrectly.

Thanx to everyone who has come with suggestions. I really appreciate it

Ps. Gyno Rhino your right arm must be pretty big by now... hehehe tuttut

Looks 10 times better man. I still would like to see some deads in there, but if you aren't comfortable with them, I guess it is better for you to stay away from them. Good luck!
