Ok I am around 6 ft and 175. I workout about 6 days a week and run around 1 or so a week. I am pretty good shape and am not overweight. I am actually a pretty slender build. The only problem I have is my butt and my hips. I carry a little to much weight around those sections. Most guys have flat butts...but i have a more rounded one. How do I make it flatter....and get rid of some of the excess fat around the lower back?
