Does anyone have a good recipe for a good post workout smoothie?
Smoothie? Dunno if this would classify as a smoothy but here goes:
I start with High5 protein from MSM (banana flavor) and add wildberry flavored glutamine from GNC, and a 1/2 tbsp of dextrose. I then take 1 strawberry and 1/4 a small banana and blend that up.

the High5 protein is the best stuff ive ever tasted, sweetened with stevia.
12 oz of skim milk
2 scoops of Designer Whey chocolate
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
If you want, squirt some chocolate syrup in, too -- though it's not needed. Liquify in a blender; tastes great.
