I've recently recovered from my lower back injury, which occured as i arched my back on the bench press. As i slowly progressed and recovered i am now back to deadlifting 220 pounds today thats only 44 pounds off what i normally do
So i'll soon be "back" to normal .... however...
I had a friend watch my form today and he said that on anything above my 6th rep i tend to let my arch to help take the weight..
Any ideas on what i can do to help correct my form?
I stand with my feet shoulder width appart, have my ass stuck out and always have my head up. Can any1 help sme....
