    some ab help

    hi so i was wondeing, can abs be worked often as hell? like every other day ? i heard they can be worked EVERY day, but if they are sore, i can see its nto wise to work em every day. i got one month to get the best abs im havin this competition w/ somone. any one know a good ab routine? crunches dont make me sore for crap. thanx

    abs are like any other muscles groups on your body
    work them the same as you would on your chest, legs or back

    weighted sit ups
    lots of running
    having low body fat is the key to washboard abs
    so have a good clean diet

    be careful tho, iff your not up to it, i know a lad who started bleeding or something from working abs to much :-s

    thanx alot fellas. holy crud, bleeding from too much abs? scary stuff. yea i read in arnolds encyclopedia to modern bodybuilding that abs, calves, and forearms can be worked everyday. i kinda thought that was insane. so any advice on how often cardio should be done?

    cardio everday moderately or everday other day
    more calories you burn, more your bf% drops

    try to focus on the diet more than anything, you are what you eat
