    cardio back

    my back aches when do cardio at jogging pace after ten minutes why is this and how can i prevent this?

    This is quite important cause i want to go back in the royal navy and if it aint better i cant go

    why it's sore depends on the type of pain. It's either you have a sore back and the impact of running is hurting it or it's getting exhausted from running.

    im definately not tyered put it that way... See the thing is it seems to stiffen up and starts to ache... I darent try and run through it incase it does some more damage... any ideas ??

    Maybe you need to stretch your back more and when you run, keep your back straight. I play soccer and sometimes my lower back hurts when training or during a game. Usually this happens when I do not stretch my back. Or maybe your body has not adapted to running yet. Try stretching more and when you feel the pain stop jogging and stretch it again. It might help.

    wrestlemaniac - i would bike as cardio but i wont be biking round a field when i re-join the navy.. i'll be running..
