I just recently realized that a large part of my diet involves a lot of sodium, and I've heard plenty that you should keep sodium levels down. Problem is, I regualarly eat deli meats and jerky that is loaded with salt. I guess what I want to know is how all that extra sodium is going to affect a bulking cycle? Does it just make you retain water, which would be ok until my cutting cycle. Or does it affect muscle building, and need to be cut down considerably?
