    Sergio Olivia, Arms...

I might be wrong, but I think I read that Sergio Olivia had the biggest arms measured? anyway I think he was massive enough to be amongst the big guys today, that would be cool.

Sergio's arms were the biggest for his time, and quite some time after. I am sure that some of the guys today, especially in the off-season while weighing at 300 lbs or more, have larger arms. Sergio's were awesome! There is a picture of Sergio, doing a front double bicep, where the height of his upper arms actually exceeds that of his head. I have never seen something like that again! Absolutely awesome!

one reason you might have trouble finding pics is because you might be looking under the wrong name. Its not Sergio Olivia(like the title of the thread says), its Sergio Oliva. Here's his website: www.sergiooliva.com

And here's another good site for pics: http://www.bodybuilders.com/sergio.htm

    Hope this helps

the biggest arms are 30.5 inches cold in the guiness book of records. but they do not have the definition or look as good as good as sergio. its like comparing kovacs to flex or shawn ray.

Yea I've been wondering that same thing too! Why do they have such tiny waists compared to todays pro bodybuilders? Have you ever seen that pic of frank zane sucking his stomach in as far as he can!!! Is it because of the GH? I like the old look of the bodybuilders like Arnold, Sergio, Mike Mentzer, Frank Zane, Reg Park, and Steve Reeves

They had smaller waists because they did less and different drugs. They took steroids, but not in the doses seen today, and (during Sergio's heyday at least) that was about it.
