Do you any of you guys get uneven soreness the day after lifting? I am always worried that maybe one side got more out of the workout than the other and i will be left lopsided. I use correct form and try and stress it on everything but i still get uneven soreness in my muscles.
Is this normal?
The only thing I'd be worried about is that you are using worse form with one side of the body than the other (perhaps because this side is weaker), and this could lead to an injury down the road. Soreness has nothing to do with growth though, so don't sweat it.
