The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    lower back excercises....

What would be good for a newbie to combat my lower back pain I've been having here lately after lifting? I've only been lifting around 6 months and for lower back I usually only do hyperextensions. Any suggestions? My lower is aching.... Maybe some stretching of the lower back would help out some...hmmm....

My back use to tighten up after hypers. I now warm up for about 10 mins on the treadmill and stretch my hams out. THEN I do my hypers. I also stretch my hams between sets and really good as soon as I'm finished. Hamstring stretching seems to help the lower back for a lot of people.

A bodybuilder asked God, "What is the number one bodybuilding exercise?"
    God answered: "Deadlifts"

The bodybuilder then asked God, "What is the second best bodybuilding exercise?"
    And God answered: "More Deadlifts"
