Picked up the following digital caliper on eBay:
The problem is that I'm apparently a caliper idiot. I get results anywhere from 7% to 22% depending on how hard I squeeze when pinching for the skinfold test. Would appreciate any advice/links on how to accurately measure bodyfat with calipers.
I was up to 178 and cut down to 170. Got the flat stomach but I've also lost some muscle too. Starting bulk on Monday and want to start tracking bodyfat.
