    Description of Cuban Rotation?

    Okay, I hear these are better for you than rows. Does anyone have a description/picture of this exercise? and also is there any other better exercises for the upper back/lats besides cuban rotations, rows, or deadlifts?

    Personally I think these are a joke.
    Stick with pullups, upright rows, seated high cable rows, shrugs for upper back development...

    My trainer had me doing them with DB's while standing but not for my back, they were for my shoulders.

    Cubans are a rotator cuff exercise. I do them occasionally with dumbells for rotator work.
    Just one guy's opinion.
