    problem eating

    lately i have been not eating(i havent been hungry). usually when its hot i dont eat much, but i havent really ate in about a week. in the last week i had a 6 inch sub and a chicken finger. i am getting plenty of liquids. i am losing quite a bit of fat but no muscle that ive noticed. i want to try to eat but now i dont want to gain the fat back what should i do?

    It is much easier to take in calories in liquid form. Protein shakes, milk, real fruit juices, etc. Dump in wheat bran (for fiber) and PB or flax oil (for fat) and blend it with ice. Sky's the limit with smoothies, shakes, etc. If you're in a hurry, just leave out the ice, and chug em down.
