    Main goal for lifting

    I know everyone has their reasons, so what is your main one or one that is the most impotant to you on this list? Overall power, looks, able to defend yourself nicely, or to attract the opposite sex?

    I want to be like a chris rodgers or eric adolph. My goal is to be lifting huge weight at 160. to me, thats more impressive than being big.
