    Beef Jerky

    Hey i was wondering if anybody used Beef Jerky as a good supplement to their protien diet???

    it's low fat, but has lots of sodium. Not the best choice but far from the worst IMO.

    I eat it everynow and then, mainly at night before bed with some veggies.

    ill eat it if Im out and need to get some protein in. Gas stations carry it, and its better then nothing. But as far as including it in a regular diet...very high in sodium.
