i been really frustrated for the past two or three weeks because i have not gained any weight..so for the past couple days i been eating ice cream, burgers, cheese sticks and things like that ALONG with my clean clean diet..like today i had the ice cream..is this bad and should i stop, or would this not harm me much?
not sure how many calories are in an icecream, was it with the cone thing to?
i guess it wont be bad, coz iff your bulking , the icecream is made of milk and stuff.. so i guess its ok..

try it for a week and see if your gaining too much, or not enough, or just right.
