I was just wondering i am always feeling tired as of late even though i do get the sleep i need and naps. what are some ways i can get more energy?
an EC stack, or maybe just a cup of coffee or a diet soda for the caffeine. or eat.
any changes in diet/training?

Get some Green Tea, Caffeine and Ephedrine.

You need to give us a little more info....like quality of sleep, how much sleep you get, if you're following a specific diet, what this diet consists of, and what your daily activities consist of. Perhaps then we can help.
