    Im going to be 15 this summer and want to start lifting. Im going to be going to high school and i intend to play hockey on varsity and i dont really want to get killed next year.. can some1 help me with what i should be doing. thanks

    Hey,I just started the WBB1 routine,I love it,just from the feeling i get when i lift its like pure bliss. if your serious about getting bigger go for the WBB1 routine and follow it up with the WBB2-3 routines. Keep a journal too,it helps with motivation cause one month later youll look and say wow im progressing and youll just want more.
