lately my wrists have been bothering me more than usual during sets of heavy squats. doesn't really seem to be much of a problem until i get around 450+, and then my right wrist is screaming. i thought about trying to put my hands over the bar, but that just seems like it wouldn't feel right. other than wrist wraps, do some of you guys have any tips/techniques i could use to take some of the pressure off the wrist?
