hey guys, i have been hanging around here for a while but this is my first post. I am trying to really get some definition and need some help. I am almost there and i was wondering about caloric intake and if i am hurting myself. I am 5'7" and i weigh about 140. BF% measured electronically says 7%. I know that is probably a very rough estimate. I am basically trying to obtain a great six pack. My upper abs are showing nicely by i am having trouble with my lower abs. (not really a gut just not poking through yet) i have a good diet and it consists of about 1900 calories a day. I workout with weights about 4-5 days and 3 days of 20 minute HIT. Any advice or modifying would be appreciated.

if you are not losing any more weight/fat eat less or move more.
I think you are moving plenty. Try dropping the cals 100 each week until you are pleased.
I prefer the "moving more" option. You don't want your metabolism to crash.
