    Will I gain any????

    Im 5'7, 165lbs, around 10-12%bf, and Im trying to bulk for the next month...
    Aug 1st, I started a 3500cal diet, 350-400carbs(fiberous, fruit, complex carbs), 100-115fats, 260-300proteins, 40-50sugars, 50-60fiber...

    4sets x12 x10 x8 x6 (add 10lbs each set, until failure at 6reps)

    Monday
    Shoulders, Traps

    Tuesday
    Abs

    Wednesday
    Back, Bi's

    Thursday
    Abs

    Friday
    Chest, Tri's

    Saturday
    Off

    Sunday
    Legs, Calves
