    Best possible foods for cutting?

    I just recently really got serious about my cutting cycle. Im ready to do whatever it takes to reach my goals. Im at about 11-12% bf and i want to reach around 8-9% so that my abs will show through. When it comes to foods I dont kno too much. I want to know a list of foods that I can base all my meals on. From reading through the forums heres what I have so far...
    Romain salad
    Bananas
    Eggs
    Chicken breasts
    Lots of tuna
    Thats it lol, what else would be good for cutting?

    that doesnt look like alot but it all depends on how many calories your aiming for.

    i would definately choose complex carbs over bananas...o, and read the sticky
