cardio on bulk
Hey guys a question
While bulking you are gaining fat right?yeah
Is the fat gained in say the first month of bulking necessary for rest of bulk ? I think not but I could be wrong.
So if you could burn this accumulated fat (or some of it) that is not necessary for the rest of the bulk you could cut bodyfat by a bit while still bulking
Could this be done by doing cardio for an hour on rest days without impacting significantly on muscle gains,maybe consuming whey protin before this cardio would help prevent any muscle loss?

I don't really understand the question.
Some fat gain will occur during periods of fast muscle growth.
Cardio is good for you, but an hour a day is a bit much, I think. Maybe 20-30 minutes 3 times a week. Some intervals are good.
Squats work better than supplements.

iff i was bulking id do it to keep my heart going ;p
only 3 days a week as stagg says tho, and not for an hour
