    Wierd Pain?? (Shoulder blade area)

    I woke up last night around 3 am to go to the restroom. When I got back into bed I felt a sharp pain behind my right shoulder blade (halfway point) I feel back asleep, woke up about 6 am to go the gym and the pain was so bad I couldnt put my shirt on. It radiated across my back into my neck??

    I skipped my training day and just did some light shoulder rotations. The pain got worse. I did some more rotations and took 600mg ibuprohen(sp). The pain is gone?? Currently I'm not feeling any pain but it just doesnt feel right back there?(shoulder blade area)

    Have any of you experience anything like this??

    Sounds like a very badly pulled muscle.

    If it doesnt let down, I'd definately see my doctor, as it could be poor tendon health.
