Least impact cardio?
I just finished bulking and I only need to lose 1-2lbs. I want to do this slowly, and my problem is I always tend to overdue cardio. I am currently doing 15 minutes of HIT running burning around 300 calories. My fear is that if I up the running too much, it will be too catabolic. I would appreciate suggestions/input on what you may feel are the least catabolic forms of cardio or cardio techniques, and the best time to implement them? I appreciate your help.
1-2lbs is that a typo. lol
Haha I agree. I just lost 12 pounds and only ran twice this summer. You dont even need to do any running to lose 1-2 lbs if you get your diet together.
