Just curious as to what everyone is paying special attention to during the offseason in order to be better for next year. I myself am working extra hard on mid-back thickness and side deltoid width.

I am killing myself on partial deadlifts, bent rows and t-bar rows for back. I'm up to 275-285 for 6 good reps in the bent row and 545 in the partial deads.

For delts I am doing alot of variations of the side lateral...utilizing cables,dumbell at many angles, lateral machines, and a couple of different presses tweaked to hit the medials harder.

So far its working.Can't wait to show it to the judges.
