The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Who wears tight shirts?

Do we have any Wannabemeatheads in here?

LOL Any of you guys wear gay tight little shirts out on the town and walk around with the imaginary lat spread?

This cracks me up, and gets the same reaction from girls. The only people checking out a male in a tight shirt are other males haha.

If you have big muscles, it doesn't take a tight shirt for people to tell....leave the tight shirts to the ladies tuttut

I personally wear wife beaters and mesh shirts every time I go out.

    I also wear "muscle necklaces".

I also like putting icy hot in my armpits; it forces me to keep my arms up so that I don't drop them and let everyone know the lat spread is fake.

I put it on my balls for the same reason.

    LMAO @ Belial...

When I see those guys in the tight shirts I just figure they're laundry-challenged...must have used hot water and thrown them in the dryer on high...

I usually wear a tank top and pull the front bottom up under and through the top. This style allows me to show my navel as this is my cutest bodypart Other than that I wear sweatshirts.

When I go out I usually just take my shirt off, is that ok??

On second thought, I really don't go out to clubs and shiat cause most of those people make me sick.

I wear tight t-shirts when i'm working out, so i feel more like a man. When i go out i only wear baggy clothes, so i don't feel so small.

Actually, I bought a whole bunch of clothes around this time last year. I was 155. So most of my shirts are tight.

    Not me.

I'm not in this to show off or draw attention to myself.

You can tell I lift regardless of what I'm wearing; I'm not adding to the sterotype that lifters are all big dumn egomaniacs.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

from my experience you need to wear something a little tight or tucked in when your chest is over 40" and your waist is only 27.5" cause the shirts you need for your chest are so ridiculously big you look like your ghetto styling it....ya know 150 pound kid in the XXXL buy1 get one free FUBU shirt...mind you I think skin tight is a little much

besides BC who are you trying to kid, you tried picking me up when you saw me in my club attire....and your trying to call me gay for wearing a tight shirt??? Go get another hot beef injection, FAG!!!!

I wear loose T-shirts and baggy shorts w/compression shorts (jock clothes) to workout...

But I sometimes wear tight T-shirts or tank tops if I'm going out
