iff u make scrambled egg, ie, say 3 whole eggs, with 100ml milk, doesthat give the same protein/fat as iff they were boiled? soz for the n00b question but, im finding it hard to get egg whites and eggs down my throat
Probably, but even if ur not its a minimal difference between cooked/boiled/raw.
No, it would give you more protein because of the protein from the milk. Of course, the protein from the eggs is going to be the same, assuming you manage to scrape every last bit of egg from the frying pan.
