    Hey Folks...remember me?

Hello everyone...I don't know if you guys remember me but I sure as hell remember some of you good folks. Anyhow, I've been away for a LONG time and now, I want to get back into the swing of I've decided to come back here as often as possible to get encouragement and knowledge from people here...let me tell you, the last 6 months have been tough... and to think that I strayed so far away from a lifestyle I love is quite the depressing story. But anyhow, just wanted to say hi and hope you're all ready to help me out again

    Good to see you PS.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

Well, I'll be back later tonight to post my routine I want to work on..althought that new routine on this website looks interesting to try out.
