    Question with switching routine in WBB Routine #1

    For the calf raises, we have a calf block.. I think that's what it was, but everyone else in there just said to use the Seated Calf Extension, so I did that instead..

    Could I just use that instead and still have the same effectiveness?

    Yup
    Squats work better than supplements.
