    My back is EXPLODING...

What do I do? Over the past two months or so, my back has literally inflated... simple, heavy compound workouts. At this rate, I may explode

Back day consists of three exercises: deads, pullups, and barbell rows. Sometimes I sub in T-bar rows for the BB rows. Switch up the order weekly: deads always come first or second. 3 sets of each. That's it.... then on to bicep work. Last week, I threw in a single set of shrugs too, which I felt good about. I think they'll stay.

I am also mixing deep deads back in after an almost year long absence from my routine. Boy was I a dumbass for dropping them. I've been doing them for a little more than a month, now & I'm, without question, stronger all around, then I ever have been. I just repped 6 at 425 the other day, and GD it felt great! I had no idea how I could have ever missed such pain.
