    warmup sets

    what does "Add 2-3 warm up sets pyramiding down." mean exactly

    Should i be doing this is heavy weight, light weight?

    If I usually begin my exercise with 25 lbs, should I be doing 20, 15, 10 toi warm up?

    when you warm up. you increase the weight as you do each warm up set.
    my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.

    it means drop the reps and increase the weight
