The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Buy bags of frozen chicken. Cook it every Sunday or whatever, put in a rubbermade and you have food for all week.

I cook up all the chicken on the w/e...grill it or bake it or whatever. I like using the Club House la Grille spices, barbecue chicken is my fav.

Then throughout the week I cut up a breast and mix it w/ a cup of basmatti rice or some orzo (pasta) w/ tbsp of olive oil or simply torn romaine lettuce w/ tsp of kraft light done right italian dressing. Yum

George Foreman grill. Thing cooks up chicken rather quickly. And tasty, too. Recipes? Cut a hole into it near the end, put a little salsa juice or fajiti flavoring, or anything like that inside. Cook for another thirty seconds.

Didn't really know there was different kinds of chicken, so I can't suggest anything for ya there.

Canned chicken. I live off the stuff. No cooking, no going bad, no defrosting. Mixes with everything. Makes vegetables palatable.

    Buy in bulk.

    I liek caned chikin!

Seriously. it's MUCH better than you'd think. Great for chicken salad sandwiches, or for eating straight. Goes well in casseroles, too.

Or cover it in barbeque sauce and throw it in the microwave for three minutes.

Or put it in a blender. better than tuna shakes.

I usually make some sort of chicken-vegetable mixture with some olive oil and fatfree dressing, and its great, imo.

For school lunch, I get a small bowl tupperware, cut up different colored sweet peppers and fresh snow peas, add some chicken, add some Kraft Free Zesty Italian or Kraft Free Ceasar Italian Style and close the bowl. Then I shake it all up so its nicely mixed and come lunchtime everyone is jealous of my food.

Either that or I make a nice big vegetable-full salad with tons of chicken. The tastes complement each other.
I want one right now, its a shame I have to go out to dinner with my dad. I actually dont feel like eating out today because I did a leg workout this morning and I would rather eat clean.

Here at school my suitmates take a can of chicken and cook it on the George Foreman. It smells so gross here in the dorms. But they said it makes really good chicken burgers. Personally I have never tried it.... but it's an idea

tuna shake is easy, take a can of tuna, wash it in a fine seive to get rid of a bit of the fishy smell/taste + then add to apple or orange juice and blend on schitz speed for a bit.

Then drink straight away as it tends to settle. Don't sip it, just gulp the whole thing down

Tuna and chicken shake? now thats just weird
half the time I have no idea what you're talking about. the other half, I'm not listening.

I do pretty much what Syntekz suggested. My chicken are mainly breasts and usually cook them on weekend and eat for a few days (3 to 4 days).
