    Leg Curl / Extensions - Really required in routine?

    Howdy,

    Ive just put my homegym together with the following items,

    Bodycraft PowerCage


    Techogym Adjustable Bench


    7 Foot Olympic Bar with 2x (5kg/10kg/20kg)
    EzyBar & Dumbells

    From this I will be able to do a number of exercises, however I cannot do leg curls or leg extensions, Are they really required? I am doing squats, which I love! and I hit the calves as well.

    Any comments welcome...

    Nope, you don't need them.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    Man, that stuff looks great. Like Paul said, you don't need extensions.

    Nice equipment! There's no muscle that can't be trained effectively with what you have... it's the perfect basic setup.

    Man, that bench is so retro! Great power rack!

    You don't need leg extensions and leg curls. But if you want something similary to them then just do Harrup curls and sissy squats.
