i noticed that none of the wwb routines have trap exercises. whats the best day to do traps and what are the best exercises?

How many sets you do is entirely up to you (factoring in your progress level, natch).
I tend to view the WBB routines as templates with which to model routines after. My own routine is loosely based on WBB #1.
