    wwb routines

    i noticed that none of the wwb routines have trap exercises. whats the best day to do traps and what are the best exercises?

    WBB #1 has shrugs which you would ideally do on back day.

    but shouldnt there be more then 1 set of shrugs done for traps?

    A little bird told me that deadlifts work the traps out real good too.

    How many sets you do is entirely up to you (factoring in your progress level, natch).

    I tend to view the WBB routines as templates with which to model routines after. My own routine is loosely based on WBB #1.

    YMMV.
