    Did a workout on the treadmill today

    did the following

    2 minutes at 2.1
    5 minutes at 2.7
    2 minutes at 2.4
    2 minute at 3.0
    2 minutes at 2.4
    1 minute at 3.0

    not bad. gonna keep doing this and try to increase the time by 30 seconds to 1 mionute each day.

    did a chest workout today.

    skipped back except for one exercise. slept wrong or something and the back is a little achey tried with the belt but decided to let the back slide for this week

    flat bench
    135 pounds 2x10
    155 pounds 1x6
    175 pounds 2 reps

    incline db press
    35 pounds 2x6

    pec deck
    70 pounds 1x6,1x4
    50 pounds 1x10,1x8

    other pec dec
    90 pounds 2x10,1x8

    seated row

    overall felt good today. good to be back in the swing of things. tomorrow is legs.

    i am thinking of trying one of those NO boosters that improve your vascularity and blood flow.

    It is strange even though i am not bulking i am getting bigger and more muscular I seem to be staying at the same weight. Maybe i am losing and then gaining back in muscle not sure.

    I definitely want to keep getting bigger and more muscular.

    OH also pics are coming in 2 weeks.

    good or bad I will post them here. I think i have made progress in some areas and regressed in others.

    My traps and shoulders are the 2 parts that are growing the most right now

    Nice work in here Brian. I'd stay away from those for now. Just keep doing what you're doing. It sounds like you are recompositioning rather than cutting or bulking. Good stuff!!

    I agree with Justin, no need for that NO stuff now. Just focus on losing the unneccessary fat. Nice pressing, seeing some strength gains in some exercises.

    hey bro, congrats on the new goals, im sure you'll achieve them. Also, when you mentioned how your weight isnt changing but your looking bigger, i had the same thing happen to me when i first started. I didnt gain much, but looked much bigger. I assume it is loss of fat along with the gain of muscle that causes this. Anyway best of luck man!
