    meal 1
    2 cans tuna fish
    1 serving nitrean
    8 oz fat free milk

    meal 2
    breakfast burrito

    meal 3
    2 6 oz chicken breasts
    1 cup mixed veggies
    3 oz carb control yogurt

    meal 4
    1 fat free tortilla
    6 oz turkey
    3 oz carb control yogurt

    i did 15 minutes on the bik 2 minutes at level 8
    8 minutes at level 10
    and 5 minutes at level 8

    burned 100 calories went 5 miles

    i did 15 minutes on the treadmill at 2.4 speed 3% incline.

    ok,starting tomorrow each day (monday-friday) diet will be posted here.

    I need to go back to the basics, which is what i did when I first started here.

    here will be the meals for today that i have planned so far

    meal 1
    1/2 cup quaker oats
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    1 serving nitrean mixed in water

    meal 2
    1/4 cup no fat cottage cheese
    1 atkins protein bar

    meal 3
    1 cup broccoli
    1 6 oz chicken breast
    1 3oz container carb control yogurt

    meal 4
    same as 3

    meal 5
    post workout
    2 servings nitrean mixed in water.

    meal 6
    6 oz porkchop
    1 cup broccoli

    also I will be making the effort to perform cardio at least 4 days a week.

    I am going to try and get back to what I did when i first started here which worked very well...doing cardio every day

    I am going to try and start with the early morning treadmill jaunts tomorrow (providing i can get out of bed at 430 am

    **** i didnt even scroll up high enough to see your pics. I just checked them out, plus looked at your old ones. Youve really lost some weight, your really making some awesome progress. i agree your back shot is the most impressive. Stay on target and 225 at 15 is around the corner.

    Well i did it...i actually woke up at 430 to do my treadmill time.

    I did 20 minutes at 2.2 speed 3% incline burned 100 regular calories and 32 fat calories.

    I am shooting for 30-45 more of cardio tonight.
