    i was reading on the bodyrecomposition forums...a guy on there had diabetes and did the ud2...i think i could do a ud2 style if i could fit it into my schedule...have to research more

    i wonder if i could do a psmf if i did it ike this

    2 foc
    1 can tuna

    meal 2
    6 oz chicken breast

    meal 3
    6 oz chicken breast
    2 foc

    meal 4
    2 scoops nitrean
    1 can tuna
    2 foc

    that comes out like this without the foc added in as fat

    That would be a good PSMF setup. As the leaner you get you want to increase protein up to 1.5g/lb protein.

    crippler: thans bro..

    i am starting a psmf diet today...am going to start a new journal for that and will come back to this one when done with the psmf..
