my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.

Indeed it is. The lift is awesome, regardless of date, though. And I'm amazed the host still has it up. Anyway, does everyone use that stance when they DL? Because I have serious work to do if so.

It turns out the answer to every question is still deadlift and eat.
I know it's a great lift, but he can likely do more at this point in time.
No, not everyone does sumo style deadlifts (legs spread wide apart). I do conventional deadlifts (legs about shoulder width) at the moment, but I plan to possibly switch to sumo because I think I can pull more that way.
Impressive. You're almost at 4 X BW on squats!!! For 3 weeks out being able to do 515, you've probably got 550 in you if you taper right.
I like a really wide sumo stance cause the bar doesnt hit my shins as much.
and again for everyone, this is a year old hes probably deadlifting 700 lbs by now.

I'm jealous. Did you see how far the weight moved, I'd say about a foot. I'm 6'1" and when I dead(standard) the weight rises over two feet.
OMG that is one of the more ridiculous displays of strength I've seen.
