Ok, I know they both work slightly different parts of the shoulders and that the Arnold Press is supposed to get your shoulders to look rounder, but I'm trying to figure out why most people do either or and not both. Is it bad to do them both? Or do you just pick one and stick to it for the main dumbell exercise for your shoulders?
If you are supposed to basically "pick one" as I see most people doing at my local gym, then which one would be better for overall growth and mass on the delts? I find that my delts are the most lacking muscles in my body and I really want to be training them to my optimal ability.
