Diet coke v regular coke
I used to drink a lot of coke before, but once I started to play soccer and run a lot, I just stopped drinking it. These past weeks, I have been drinking diet coke, or diet pepsi. I am trying to stop drinking diet drinks too, but I just would like to know why should I. How bad are they and how often do you think I should be drinking, or if I should just stop drinking it. Thanks in advanced.
It's water with a bunch of chemicals in it. Obviously in moderation it's not going to kill you, but neither will eating Big Macs or drinking. It's just a matter of how "healthy" you want to be. You know it's not good for you or you wouldn't be posting the question.
