    Body Building/Weight Training videos

    Does anybody know where one can get a decent BB/WT video that has some real full body workout value to it. I know I can buy videos on guys like Ronnie Coleman but was afraid these might just be videos of them "showing off their muscles" instead of actually giving practical workout advice and demonstrations. I want something that takes you through a complete workout that gives advice on proper form and stuff like that. Let me know.

    If you want try the westside barbell video's out. They show many excercises and there great for motivation.
    The Ronnie video that i have is cool to watch. Not for the info but its cool seeing just how strong he is. i think its called 'the unbeleivable'
