    critique my back

    i'm probably one of the smallest members on the boards but i wanted to post this pic i took earlier tonight of my back. flame away.

    Not bad at all for a begginer. You're lean and will see result's immeadiately. Just keep doing your weighted pull up's for width, and your rows for thickness, and you'll be all good.

    doh! i've been working out almost a year, but have been using low weight/high reps up until the past month or so.

    k great any clue why my right shoulder blade seems to peak further than the left? that's always bothered me.

    thanks for the compliments/comments. i'll try and start doing deadlifts, i've just always been scared of injury in the past.

    open your back out a bit for the pose it looks a little as though you are hunching your shoulder blades together.

    As the others have mentioned, you're back is looking nice and lean. You've got a great start already and increasing the weights, doing deads and eating will add some thickness and mass. Also as Matt as indicated, open those shoulder blades and spread out lats. You want to be showing how wide your back is. Those cuts will still show.
